Marion is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years’ experience. She received her BA in Psychology and her MA in Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She is Certified in Marriage and Family Therapy. Among her areas of expertise are women’s issues, family of origin or root issues, co-addiction/codependency (family of addicts), grief and loss, anxiety and depression. She works with individuals, couples, and families.

Marion believes in treating the whole person, the mind, body and soul. She provides a nonjudgmental atmosphere to assist you in discovering core causes for your issues, increase understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and developing practical solutions. Her counseling approach is adapted to suit your individual strengths and needs.

Marion has struggled personally with addiction in her family, she found that there is hope for recovery, and a better future. “Counseling provided the best way to be open about what was going on with me without any consequences. I could talk about things I couldn’t talk about in any other relationship.” These hardships have tested her faith and caused her to pursue her own healing and growth and continues to do so as a way of life.
